We ship UPS, Canpar & Canada Post Ground service. UPS & Canpar does not deliver to P.O. Boxes. If you would like to ship your order out to a P.O. Box, please email us at info@andeachocolate.com All orders are shipped from our factory in Ancaster ON.

Shipping Delays

anDea Chocolate & Supplies is not liable for delay of shipment due to natural disasters, shipping carrier delays that are caused by weather, labor disputes, refusal of package, and incorrect shipping information.

Incorrect Shipping Information
During the shipping process, we do our best to contact you if we happen across an “undeliverable address.” We define an “undeliverable address” as one that is not recognized by the UPS shipping system, and therefore would not be delivered by UPS upon reaching the location. However, anDea Chocolate is not responsible for incorrect shipping information provided by the customer. As a result, if an undeliverable address or inaccurate shipping information is provided, anDea is not responsible for the unreceived item.

Weather – Summer Shipping

anDea’s chocolates and gummies does require special handling when the weather is warm where your order is being shipped. anDea’s chocolates have the potential to melt at 20 degrees Celsius and our gummies have the potential to melt at 30 degrees Celsius. There is an extra charge for the ice boxes used for shipping in the warmers months.

Incorrect Items Sent

Check your order after you receive to see double check that your receive all of your products. Any claims must be made within 3 business days of confirmation receipt. We do our best to correctly pick your order; if it is our mistake we will send a call tag to pick up the item and/or will ship the new product at no extra charge (if the product is in stock).

Just pack the product in the original box with packing materials and a call tag will be issued for pickup. All products must be unopened and in original packaging. The correct product will be shipped within a week (if it is in stock).

Refused Orders

Purchaser will be liable for a 20 percent restocking fee and the original shipping charge. If product is lost in returning to our company purchaser is responsible for the full charge.
